Privacy
How SomRatri handles details submitted through public forms, event flows, and WhatsApp preference requests.
SomRatri may collect details you submit through join/list forms, event booking forms, contact paths, and WhatsApp preference requests.
Submitted details are used to operate SomRatri gatherings, support event bookings, maintain contact preferences, and follow up on event-related questions.
When an event uses online payment, payment is handled through the payment provider flow. SomRatri keeps booking and payment information needed to operate the event.
WhatsApp preferences submitted through the manage-subscription page are used to identify the number and turn off SomRatri WhatsApp updates for that number.
Campaign or attribution parameters, Google click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, and wbraid, Meta click identifiers, and cookies including _fbp and _fbc may be kept when they arrive with public forms or links, so SomRatri can understand which public channels led to an enquiry or booking.
SomRatri may use Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, and Google ad measurement features to understand website activity, event interest, and booking outcomes.
Website event measurement may use IP address, browser and device data, cookies, _fbp, _fbc, and hashed contact identifiers such as email or phone number. Raw IP address and browser user-agent are not kept permanently in analytics summaries.
When contact identifiers are used for ad measurement, they are prepared as hashed values before being sent to Meta or Google measurement systems.
